ROLI Flip Case for Seaboard RISE 25 - Sky

i will not pay this much for a case! Hell no! Never will i do that ever... No from me!

Pone que es un teclado controlador, pero lo que es en realidad es una funda. Además indica claramente ser el Seaboard Rise 25, teclado controlador, pero no es el producto indicado. :(

Well made, feels sturdy enough, and my Roli Rise 25 feels just that much safer to carry around with me. The case is a bit tough to snap on, almost felt on the brink of too forceful..but in the end, it's just right of a fit. Great if you plan to keep it on all the time (as I do). It will prove to be a pain if you plan on taking it on and off often (for whatever reason). I have also heard folks complain about the case scratching the Rise when taking on and off. I can't help but feel this is a bit overpriced for what it is. But in the end, it is a layer of protection for the much more expensive seaboard rise. It is currently the best option you can buy aside from the foam case that comes with the rise. It was worth it for me.

I recently bought a Roli Seaboard Rise 25 which I love, and since I'll be using it for live performances, I thought I should get the Flip Case for it (I bought it direct from Roli.) When it finally arrived (was very delayed) I was surprised at how cheaply made it was. Definitely not worth $129 at all. But even more unfortunate was, either due to a manufacturing defect, or I don't know what, it wouldn't even fit my Seaboard Rise! The back end wouldn't "snap in place". Even literally using all of my strength! (and I'm a pretty strong guy.) So I've had to contact support to see about sending it back for a refund...I would have bought from Amazon, but for some reason, Amazon and all other retailers are only carrying the Blue Flip Case, and I wanted the Lime Green. Anyway, it seems that Roli has been having manufacturing issues lately, the Rise 49 has had an issue to the point that they are delayed at making more of them. Such a shame because they seem like a really cool company (if you've seen my other reviews, I almost never give a negative review, but in this case, I just had to as it was justified.)

I've had my ROLI for a few months and it really needs the case to keep dust off of it. Its pretty pricey - wished I'd gotten my Seaboard when they had the free flip case deal.
