The handle (water pressure/diverter) broke off within a week but they made it right very quickly.

Incredible value
I installed one of these in my daughter’s apartment over a year ago, and just put one in our rental house. I am so pleased with this faucet. The installation is very easy, requiring patience and flexibility mostly…the hardest part was removing the old, crusty faucet. Installed it looks sleek, modern and well made. And so far no issues whatsoever, even after a year of twenty-something roomates using it. For the price this is a no brainer.

Works perfectly
I am always a little nervous about buying products like this online. I’ve had issues in the past and so forth. But, this was as advertised. It was fairly priced and functions as expected. I have no complaints so far.
