Item arrived with minor damage to the inside of one of the armrests, appears to be a small hole. Given how difficult it is to ship items like this; it can be overlooked.Quality of materials is good, build quality itself is pretty superb, whole thing feels super sturdy. Even the wheels are pretty silent across laminate flooring.Biggest complaint is the headrest, it’s virtually useless, unless your aim is to stare at the ceiling. The thickest part of the padded headrest should be brought forward at least 2 or 3 inches in order to actually support the back of your head and allow you to view your monitor in an upright position.Quite annoying since it’s a great chair otherwise and it’s the closest one I’ve found to getting the headrest right, just a few inches off…

Terrible delivery. Delivery states delivered to my door. Left in area which has signs stating "NO DELIVERIES TO BE LEFT IN POST ROOM- DELIVER TO CORRECT ADDRESS". Bought this chair due to Arthritis, Chronic back pain & COPD. Had to ask neighbors I'd never met to help me get this to my flat.Complaint made, received 2 emails from EUREKA, third one wasn't possible to open. Bank statement states charged over £530 for £499 chair, free delivery. Chair makes terrible cracking noise every time I lean back. Every time I adjust it, same result, loud cracking noise.
