This is the best SPaG revision book there is. Great for year 3-6 and perfect for Yesr 6 SATs revision. Great for parents who need to revise some of the terminology which is used currently. Bargain price and a product which can be used for ages. Definitely recommend you buying it

Easily the most used reference book in my classroom as a KS2 teacher. It's straightforward in layout and easy to use when the inevitable moment arises when you're not absolutely 100% about a grammatical term. Bought a personal copy to use for tutoring.

My nine year old twins are using this regularly to navigate the school system of spelling and grammar, it's more beneficial than looking up "modal" verbs or "adjectives" on Google as they are learning to use a dictionary that also has an index and contents section. Using a book is more real than using the internet and information is better retained if they are doing something physical.

Good book for basic grammar rules

I absolutely love this book. The definitions, explanations and examples are so clear, as well as being easy to understand. It's a great little reference book for kids and adults (teachers) alike. Would highly recommend to NQTs or those who need to brush up on their SPAG.

I brought this for my neice and nephew. Both love writing their own little stories. They love reading and were very happy with this when I gave it to them. Very helpful for youngster age 5 upwards.

Brilliant book to use as a reference. I am training as a primary teacher and find this easy to use to look up terms used in English teaching

The cover is a bit „tired”, perhaps due to long storage (?), which is not great. However, the inside pages look ok, hence I will keep it to use.

it's simply the best and most essential book to have for anyone interested in learning English.. the best part to me is the phonics part where it tells you which patters to remember with each vowel: (a e i o u) such as ee ea oo oa ou ei ie ... etc.. other parts are cool as well and I got all three levels of the book: the (🩵 cyan) first grammar dictionary, the (💚 light green) primary grammar dictionary and the (💙 blue) advanced grammar dictionary.. recommend it for every one.. hope I helped someone 😊👍

Great resource for grammar and punctuation. I use this when tutoring adults and children with dyslexia.

Skinnier book than I thought but it’s a great starter book for my homeschooled niece. Very good explanations with demonstration sentences to illustrate the example of the rule.
