Michael Kors Women's Smartwatch Sofie MKT5024

This was a present for my wife who had seen it on a cruise last year and had her heart set on it. I brought it a few months later for her birthday and she was estatic! It took a while for her to wear as she had to get it adjusted. What she found was a very wearable abd very highend piece which drew comments whenever she wore it. The only problem that made her a little uneasy was the fact that she found every now and then the strap would come off and thank fully fall with her buttoned sleeve. This unnerved her her to the point where she felt she couldn't wear it anymore in case she lost it. She decided she'd take it into an MK store where the advised thst the screw ir spring was faulty. A sigh of relief she arranged for it to go back to Amazon who organised this very quickly with a swift refund once returned through Hermes. She is now looking to replace it with another but hasn't really moved quickly as she fears the same could happen again. It was by chance thst she was able to catch the watch as she wore it when it came away while wesring it. Shes not confident that this will be the case next time. Id call it a design fault but either way she does want to try replace it like for like but feels its an expensive chance to take should she get another with the same problem. This is why I've given a 3 star. Would have been higher.

Battery life not even a day, expensive for what it is....

Beautiful looking watch. I'd read the reviews before hand but took a gamble and ordered given great price. Design flaw is the quick release of the strap so it came off many times. Battery also takes a long time to charge and if all functions switched on, uses it up quickly. Decided that I prefer my fitbit as there is no heart rate tracker so calories not as accurate. Gutted as it totally looks the part.

Like this item but keeps coming loose for no reason and falls off. Took it to be looked at and no one knows why it’s doing it. If it falls off and gets damaged it’s a lot of money to loose

Battery only really lasts a day when using all the functions. I have a very small wrist so had to have a lot of links is taken out it only just fits but is still a little loose. Couldn't have any more taken out as the clasp wouldn't close.

Love this piece of tech. I wanted an iwatch for a while but don’t really like the apple design as it’s not very pretty. I’ve had so many compliments this last week on the watch it’s beautiful. A few reviews so that it doesn’t work so well with iPhone and iOS but this last week I’ve had 2 updates to phone app and watch and every day it gets better. So I’m glad I ignored the reviews and tried it myself. If you’re treating yourself or buying as a gift whoever receives this will be over the moon!

I think the watch itself is beautiful but the strap keeps coming off...I brought 2 of them christmas but are terrified of wearing it incase I lose it or it gets broken...easy to use but battery takes forever to charge and if you use all the functions runs out very quickly ...

I love this watch not only does it look stunning but it is one of the best smart watches I've seen! I was a bit sceptical due to the reviews but I've had it about 2 weeks now, worn it day in day out and ive had no problems it hasn't broken nothing is loose its perfect and looks so good. I had a few links taken out as it was a big strap but took it to Timpsons they did it no problem i would highly recommend this.
