Would have worked well. but bought the wrong one. never mind

This leads to a solid job with no tap wobble.Used at home with a very heavy tall tap and its been fine for two years now.

In our application, tall Grohe professional style kitchen tap on standard thickness stainless steel sink, it works fairly well.We used it in addition to the tap’s standard stabilising item.

It's easy to fit and - slightly to my surprise - it does exactly what it claims. My heavy three-way tap is now rock solid.

It worked but not a large area so does not spread the load very much, tap still wobbled as little.

This is just what we wanted to make the tap more secure and prevent the whole tap swivelling every time it was used. Very pleased with the product and it was just as described.

This item is not made of 304 stainless steel which is stated on the advert picture. It was partly rusty when it arrived. The thickness is not 2mm either. It is 1.8mm. It should still help to stabilise the tap though.

I wanted to use this to fix my wobbly large kitchen tap. However this item is not strong/stiff enough to support my wobbly tap.Finally I cut 2cm thick wood and drilled 35mm hole then used instead to reinforce. This gives much stronger. As result, I wasted money to buy this item.
