Provides good protection at a low price. only downside is some of the clear coat ow whatever it is started wearing off

Compatible with screen protector!
Recently broke my pixel 7 pro screen and had to pay $3xx to replace it! So I decided to get a screen protector now but my old case was not working well with the curved screen protector... So I got this case. This case is much cheaper than my old case but works well with the screen protector, has a good feel to it, easy to hold and looks solid. Buttons work well too. Was on sale when I got it so it was a great deal. Very happy with the purchase.

Solved a dirt issue with the power button
Solved a dirt issue with the power button on a previous case that allowed dirt past the most commonly pushed button. Cleaned out the phone. Added new case, issue resolved.

The Matte Grip finish already is rubbing off
Had this case, and I never liked the low profile edges for the screen curve. By design I understood why and that is not the issue entirely. But the edges also have the finsish rubbing off. I see the glossy TPU/Plastic/Rubber underneath after the Matte grip started to deteriorate.

Speck really dropped the ball with this case.
1st of all the Pixel 7 Pro is already a slippery phone to begin with. It's comparable to holding a wet bar of soap. I've been a Speck case consumer ever since my Pixel 2 and they have always come with a gripped or textured case. This case has no texture or grips on it. It does help 'some' with the slipperiness of the Pixel 7 Pro but its still slippery as hell. I would compare it to holding a dry bar of soap. With this case, I can use this phone and have it slowly slide down my hand as I am trying to use it.If you're going to get this case, prepare to buy some dragon grips or use some grip tape cause you're not going to have a good time with it.
