Does this run on 2.4 or 5ghz wifi signal?

like so many iot devices it only runs on 2.4Ghz but beware, it will let you select a 5Ghz network but then it won't configure.

It doesn’t support Google Home natively. You could, in theory, set up Google Home integration via IFTTT.

How many family members are allowed to use the Somfy Protect App for smart activation?

You can have as many as you want up to the total accessory limit for the system. You do not need to give everyone a key fob as the alarm can be armed and disarmed from the app. You can also give people/family temporary access if needed such as when you go away.
