Good product helps me in sleeping i drink the tea sixty minutes before to my bed

Placed order for 25 tea bags it has refreshing flavor and intriguing aroma.

Product was good however my stomach had adverse reaction with valerian root tea. It causes lot of acidic buildup and had to take 5 day course of antibiotics to come out of it. People with weak stomach need to be careful about while using valerian root tea

Just bought this and drank it last night as my tea ritual I adhere to. Slept like a baby and the test was good as well. Not bitter, I did add. Little tiny bit of stevia and enjoyed a few cups of this tea.

This tea tastes very good and does seem to help me relax in the evening. I can’t say that it helps me sleep any better but it was worth the purchase. I have a history of not staying asleep at night. I can go to sleep but not always stay asleep.

I drink a cup before bed and go right to sleep. It doesn’t make you sleepy, you’re just laying in bed and wake up in the morning. No weird dreams either.

I enjoy the taste more than the smell, but on the very first night I had it, about two hours later, I couldn't keep my eyes open even when I had the TV on, and I slept thoroughly the entire night without waking up once. Surprised me tbh bc i'm a toss and turn sleeper and it takes forever to fall asleep. probably by best tea in my rotation fr. works really well! worth the $.
