Refurbished - Works great, looks like new
I saved 25% by getting refurbished. everything looked new, even the charge cable. They came with a packet than had 4 different bud sets so I knew those were new.It worked great right out of the box on my Android tablet. Quick easy set up.I love the sound quality and it was what I had expected since I have another Beats product.

Mic sometimes cuts out if not standing upright. Such as laying down or bending over.
Noise cancellation cuts out mic sometimes while laying down or bending over.
