After sourcing a few bolts, I managed to put the chair together. It is a good quality office chair. For the price, it is a good value. Although if you wish to get a hold of the company good luck to you.

Very high quality genuinely shocked how well made the chair feels, I have had issues with previous chairs where they had felt cheap and flimsy but this definitely is not one

Easy to assemble, nice colour.

What can I expect for this price? Well, I would like to think the backrest does not bend if leant against. I would also expect the foam not to permanently have a dent after 4 hours of use! The wheels should also actually glide along the carpet, instead, they get stuck.The headrest - yes the headrest which I did not want but sent anyway, is useless unless you want to bend backwards and stare at the ceiling.Cheap Chinese Rubbish, I expect it to last 3 months at best.

Honestly, I was trying to get a chair from secret labs for a while now, only to find out I'm 100 short, so I went and looked and my boyfriend who has a secret lab chair said this one is really good, at first I had my doubts, but as i'm sat on it now, it is super comfortable and relatively easy to set up, I was a little confused at first because this was my first chair ever that I set up alone, but it is worth every penny!

Arrived before the due date which was great, easy enough to put together with lots of spares provided. Very comfortable and looks great, had a problem with the original gas spring not holding any weight, but the company supplied a replacement and it is working perfectly now. Had the chair for over five weeks now and am very happy with it.

Built this chair very easily and sit on it for some time in comfort.I'm 6 feet 4 and 20 stone and it takes my frame well. Good for my posture as well.Don't really use the napping side of the chair but feel the leg rest is not as good as the rest of the chair.Totally recoomend this.

I don't recommend this chair. It is cheap and you can feel it on your back: the lumbar support is made of plastic without any cushioning. The wheels don't work well and it scratches the floor. The seat is covered by a plastic mesh, not comfortable at touch and is also smelly. Would definitely pay more and get a proper office chair.
