Love the curls this tool gives me! So much variety!

I loved the concept of this iron and got the hang of it pretty quickly. My husband bought it for me for Christmas 2021 and this morning I went to use it and couldn’t get it to stay closed to use as a curling iron. I have no idea why it did that and there is no customer service to call.

I was very excited to get this curling iron despite the high price. I saw it at a different store and loved the idea and the baby blue and black color. However, it was sold out other than the display model so I ordered it on Amazon. I travel and thought this would help reduce my luggage weight and space a little bit, which it does, but to me is seems difficult to use. The good aspects are the colors, nice look, the long cord, it seems sturdy, it heats up nicely and the ability to use one unit for curling and straightening. The parts that make it not that great -it is difficult to hold, the straightener doesn't open wide enough, if you hold the curling wrong it pinches your fingers (which is really easy to do), it leaves lines in your hair, but I think I can improve that with a bit more practice with it. It doesn't seem that you should have to "practice" to figure out how to get it to work smoothly and easily for $149. If I had to buy it again, I probably wouldn't, but I will keep it though and keep trying to use it, if I manage to "get the hang of it" and am able to make my hair look good I will update.

I have long blonde hair past my chest and frequently travel, so I thought buying this would save me on having to take a flat iron and a large barrel iron. Wrong. This iron is junk. It’s design is terrible. Makes lines in your hair, hard to hold..... and when you do find a good way to hold it you press the off button or temp buttons the entire time. I’d rather drive down the road throwing hundred dollar bills out than buy this again. Returning ASAP.
