Great grip strength training
Good quality. If your looking to work your way up grip strength training these are good to give you something to work towards as others cap out at lower weights

Used them for a while now and just got to being able to do the 200’s. Massively improved my grip strength and super easy to use. Just be prepared to get humbled

Well made, sturdy, however very stiff to use but that could be my strength, perfect for stronger hands

Well built but hard to use for beginners
Exactly as described so can’t fault for that. However, even the easiest (100lb) is quite difficult, so could with starting lower.Also, whilst sturdy the metal grips are really harsh on your skin and give you calluses, would definitely be better if they were rubber.
