Watch the sugar
Been taking it for a couple of days because it got good reviews. Then I saw the sugar content, and that it's listed first in the ingredient list, so I was turned off. Better to find alternatives.

This is helping me through the menopause and staying hydrated
These have helped me so much. I’m currently going through the menopause I do shift work that consists of days and nights. With the current heat and and having sweats with the menopause I was aware I was losing hydration and my face was puffy always tired looking and zero energy in a job I needed to have energy. Since taking these I have noticed my face isn’t as puffy after a sleep, I have more energy and overall I’m more hydrated. They taste nice and make drinking water more enjoyable. I was worried incase they had that gritty residue that sinks to the bottom of your drinking cup but no, it completely dissolves. These have been so affective for me personally to stay hydrated and also give me the vitamins I need to sustain my body effectively

Buena forma de hidratarse y gran sabor
Ya había probado previamente los sabores de naranja y manzana/grosella y me quedaba por probar el de frutos rojos. Tengo que decir que me encanta su sabor. Una buena forma de mantenerse hidratados sobre todo cuando sales de fiesta o cuando viajas. Además el tubo cabe perfectamente en mi neceser por lo que siempre viajo con Phizz. Muy recomendable!
