This is for tiny baby sized turtles. I got this for my friend as a birthday gift. She has wanted a turtle pond in her backyard for the longest time. I told her husband my idea (giving the turtle and supplies/labor for a pond installation). He agreed.In the meantime, I had to keep the slider turtle in this. It enjoyed the running water, the area to climb in and out of the water, the pebbles, and the food section.Cute, sturdy, and functional for the baby turtle.

Had to order another one. It's very easy for me to drain the water and clean, have had many glass tanks and filter. My turtles love their heat lamp, and it's easy for them to get in and out of the water. Sturdy YES, like the design.Would love to have one much bigger in future, for med size turtles.

So we have a pond with yellow belly turtles. The Mama lays eggs in the yard twice a year. They hatch naturally. We use this small aquarium to bring them up to size. It’s a tabletop aquarium. The filter is very easy to clean and does a good job of keeping the tank clean. There’s a light fixture with two bulbs for warmth and sunlight (uses one bulb at a time) Surprisingly, well made for the price and has a cool little ramp with trees. There’s a little corner area which serves no purpose for me but I’m reading it’s for live plants?? If you need a temporary turtle tank to get your baby turtles up to big tank size this one works great.

Says it comes fully equipped, not true. Needed to bring this to my granddaughter in the morning and unfortunately it did not come with a switch adapter that connects to the filter pump. It's not like I can run out and just pick one up anywhere.Had I known I would have ordered one. The pump won't work without it. They neglected to say this, but instead they said fully equipped.... a bit deceiving on their part. Very disappointed.I have no problem with the tank. The tank is well built; just too bad they left out a very important part without letting the customer know.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Very cute for our small turtle, transitioned over to a bigger tank after a month. But this was very cute and came with everything you need to get started

We have a baby turtle, and this little pond is definitely big enough for it—works great for now. The only downside is the light bulb burns out way too quickly. We’ve already had to replace it three times… a bit frustrating. Otherwise, it’s a good setup for small turtles!

Great starter tank for baby turtle. Easy to clean and comes with everything you need. Simple to assemble and the turtle seems to approve!

The tank is really small, but it does its job. It comes with a lamp and filter.
