This cup warmer set is worth every dollar I paid for it. It's. The color's it's made of is eye catching, it looks like it made of marble. I have a cup of tea every night and I've been using this warmer set ever since I got bought it ! The other I didn't mention is the cup is fragile!! I found that out rather quickly but it was my fault! I wasn't watching what I was doing and I was bringing my empty cup to the sink and I hadn't placed the cover on the top of cup correctly and it slipped off and broke into 4 pieces. I did glue it with good glue but I'm afraid with the heat it will either or eventually break apart again or my tea will end up tasting like the glue. I'll find out tonight! But I'm ordering myself a new set today.It also says that you can use it as a candle warmer.. I wouldn't only because of how hot it gets, you could but only for maybe a couple of hours because it will melt the whole candle. But please remember when you're done using the warmer remove the cup or candle and unplug it especially around kids. But it's great I love it!! If you bring it to the office and you get busy when you come back to drink your coffee or tea it will still be nice and hot for you. I hope this helps you make your choice when you're looking at one to buy. I wish I had picked this set in the first place during the winter months for my hot chocolate nights. You'll also like the way the warming plate is made.. it's not like all the others where it's black and gets scratched upside and the seal starts coming off!! The warmer one this set looks like it's made of glass. And what turns the warmer on automatically is the weight of whatever you're dinking in it cups, when you place the cup down on it you'll hear a click and a blue light will come on and then you'll know it's on by the blue light. This is also good during the winter for a cup hot soup at the office or home. I'm sorry the review is so scattered on how it works.

This is an excellent gift for someone with a flair for class and quality. The candle/mug warmer is very nice. It keeps a mug or coffee cup warm. The “tap” to turn on warmer plate is very convenient. The coffee cup is rather small, and the spoons are not designed to be used in a rough manner or they will bend. The scent of the candle is very light and neutral, but this can be easily remedied by replacing the candle your own choice of scent.

This is the coolest cup warmer set I've ever seen. Great lid for people with mobility issues. Comes with so many extras and nice packaging gift giving box.

I have tried 5 different kinds of mug warmers recently. This was a very special set.The mug with cover is beautiful, the warmer itself is very nice with an automatic on and off switch that automatically turns on when the mug is placed on it. Then there's a nice candle that can be heated to let the aroma wife all through the house or room. I haven't had a chance to try the candle yet. There's a nice coaster, and cute towel shaped into a little bear. The whole kit comes in one of the prettiest pink boxes to present it as a special gift.After buying one for one of our daughters, I wanted one for myself and my other daughter.I'm very glad I purchased this item.
