Norbar 13640 Torque Wrench Silver

Although this was a purchase I didn't want to make (the apprentice broke its predecessor). I was very impressed with the clear scale and nice smooth action it gives. My workshop tool calibration guy tested it today 2 weeks after daily use and confirmed its calibration was perfect and even said about how good quality Norbar wrenches are. I highly recommend them

Falsely advertised as 1-20nm when it starts at 4nm, seller did little to sort out when contacted.

It is a good torque wrench. The case is a joke. There is no clear "click" when the desired torque is achieved, but there is clear 'give in" and the so called "click" mentioned in the manual is the noise produced when the head of the wrench touches the handle which made me wonder is the wrench fully operational. For me that was a bit confusing and I have returned the wrench and bought Wera wich is 10£ more but, with bigger range 1-25nm and slightly easier adjustment of the desired torque. The case of the both wrenches is identical and ridiculous. One thing that deserves 10 stars is the Norbar after-sales / technical support. If I was patient I might have send the wrench to Norbar for test and if needed repairs. When I will buy the next torque wrench Norbar product line will definitely considered.

Lovely bit of kit this is. It feels solid, the break when it reaches torque is easy to feel and the torque is easy to set in the first place. No complaints at all.

Beautifully made, certified accuracy and lovely to use. The fact that Snap-On purchased Norbar says it all really - they're a quality product.

Did just what it claimed. I needed a 0-10 Nm wrench for more delicate jobs on the car and it was reassuring to use this as a test calibration certificate was also enclosed.

Excellent wrench, good quality all round, Wish I had brought one years ago, gives you a lot of confidence when dealing with carbon blke frames. For higher torque I still work by feel, Most of the bike higher torque requirements are self tightening anyway Its hard to justify the cost a larger wrench unless you have multiple blkes
