the idea is great and the length is amazing i would have liked to see light output but not bad for the money

I spent 3 hours with a friend to wind this spool of lights around the branches of my front yard tree. Everything worked great for a month and then a 4 ft segment stopped illuminating. I could live with that but then another month and a half passed and the rest of the lights stopped working. I got a replacement string from them but I am not putting this flawed product up on my tree again. It's 500 feet! I don't know what to do with this new set. They seem like a nice product but clearly aren't designed for a long stretch of use. How is anyone supposed to know if Christmas lights are quality or not? It's Christmas lights. It shouldn't be this hard to make a decent product. I'll just add this to the list of things I never dreamed of have to ask a professional about to make an informed purchase. What a joke!

These lights work, they aren’t as bright as the other brand of white lights I have. The remote works but sometimes you have to press the button a few times to get it to change the settings. The biggest down fall is these lights aren’t on a plastic spool. If you don’t be careful unraveling these lights you will have a huge mess on your hands. The lights come spooled but only bread twist ties hold it together as the picture shows.

The lights are beautiful if you get a box of lights that’s not tangled. We ordered several boxes to wrap around an outside tree. The string of lights that came out of a box that were not tangled were beautiful, but the other boxes were a tangled mess. After taking hours and hours to untangle the string , the lights didn’t work. In the process of untangling the very long string, it became bent and did not work. We wasted so much time and money on this product. If it did not tangle we would love the product. Now I can see why some people love the product and some people didn’t. It just depends on if you got a box that tangled or not. The length of the string is probably what makes it tangle, but also adds to the beauty of the lights. It’s a mixed bag.

These are such a waste of money.Number 1. They're NOT Bright at all. Barely noticeable at night.Number 2. They came in a gigantic curled-up wad, that immediately because impossible to untangle, to the point where the wires snapped.Number 3. The wire is extremely flimsy, not built for outdoor at all.This is ridiculous. The photos are nothing like the actual product. Do not purchase.Unless you like spending your entire day unraveling hundreds of feet of lights, Don't buy.

Took a lot of time to put on the tree, and turned on only few times. It didn’t turn on after couple of weeks. So much effort to put it on the tree branches wasted. Never again from this brand.

To avoid tangling, you need to completely and very carefully unwind the 500ft over open terrain and then wind it around something. Otherwise the entire roll tangles.

Didn't even last a day before sections stopped working.
