VERY SATISFIED!
I have to admit I was a little skeptical before purchasing this unit, in terms of the sound quality, but I shouldn't have been. It is extremely simple to install. Plug firmly into the car cigarette lighter socket and immediately the unit switches on and tells you what FM frequency to turn to on your radio. In my case it was at the bottom of the frequency band, well away from other radio station frequencies. I set the desired frequency as a preset on my car radio. I then inserted a micro SD card containing MP3 music (128kB/s) and lo and behold, loud and clear. The sound was extremely good. Although one section of the instruction manual, written in 'normal Chinese English', informs that you can also use WMA (Windows Media Audio) and WAV files, I only tested it with WAV files (the best format to use - use dbpoweramp to rip from CD's into uncompressed WAV which is much better and clearer than 'lossy' mp3.) However, having now had the unit for three days, I am aware of a mild high frequency sound that has caused tiredness when driving. I have retuned the unit to a variety of FM frequencies but the 'noise' is still there. It is not a fault but endemic with this type of apparatus. You can also pair it with your mobile phone via Bluetooth (V 4.2) to make and receive calls and stream music, the microphone on the unit being to the left of the rotary knob and the received audio being routed through the car stereo. Therefore you can use this unit to make and receive phone calls, and if streaming music via your mobile phone the music is automatically paused until the call is completed. It also has a small 3.5mm stereo mini jack socket located on the side panel if you wish to connect a further audio device in this way. Particularly useful are the two USB sockets at the base of the gooseneck which you can use, for example, to plug in a GPS and charge a phone at the same time. I am really impressed by this device - it is much cheaper than a new stereo system for the car and being small can be taken away on holiday and used in a hired car when abroad. Just beware of the high pitched 'ringing' which may be more or less intusive to some than it was to me.

Brilliant!!
This device is absolutely brilliant. I’ve got 2007 Golf mk5 and have been wondering how I can get Bluetooth for my car To listen to my iphone music. Phoned a local garage and got a £250 quote. Eek! So eventually found thIs FM transmitter and it’s absolutely fantastic. It was a tight fit in the charge point which is located below the dashboard and the swan neck perfectly twists to show the display. Easy to sync the FM frequency of 87.8 and then easy to Bluetooth connect to my iPhone. Then the music comes through to the car speakers 😀. Calling hands free is also easy. This device does everything I need for only £22! Wow! To optimise the volume, it’s best to max the phone vol and the device vol, then the car radio to suit. This avoids excessive radio vol when you don’t connect your phone. Easy to move songs forward and backwards and it looks neat in the car. So......my verdict is that is well worth buying! It’s perfect for my needs and works really well! Recommended to a friend with an “older car” and he’s gonna but too.

Good product all round - a funny quirk came with the product
TLTR - great product operates at same frequency as my key fob - warning! long read below. The product Sound is great so far, I've only had it a week so i can't comment on the longevity of the product!I use Spotify through it and cannot fault the speed at which it connects via Bluetooth, the sound quality or the product quality and feel. It's great all round so far and even the mic works well! - £20 well spent!HOWEVER, it must operate at the same frequency as my car key fob because when I leave it on and try and lock the car via the key fob the car won't lock/unlock. when the device is off the car key fob works perfectly, took me a whole day to realize this, thought my key battery had run out (which I replaced) that still didn't fix the issue. so I tried the spare key, and that had the same issue, I thought it was an issue with the actual key, until I unplugged the device and put it in the glove box. suddenly both keys started working perfectly! ive tested my theory it multiple times and the outcome is always the same, I've turned it into a positive - when the key isn't locking the car turn the transmitter off (hold the skip song button)ALSO this is an FM transmitter so be careful what you say while on the phone through this device other cars could potentially hear what you say if they are on the same FM frequency as you another theory my father and I tried out!Hope this review helps

Exceeded expectations
I bought this as a workaround on my older car that doesn't have bluetooth. I thought it worth trying given the price and found a positive review of the same product elsewhere. At first I found interference on the audio quality but realised that it was conflicting with an FM broadcast. Once I found out how to turn off auto-search on my radio, and disable the RDS to find an empty frequency, it works really well. The sound is decent enough, there is no "hiss" and being able to play songs and skip them using the device was something I really appreciate. The "hands-free" seems a bit quiet and therefore I need to turn the volume up but the person on the other end says the sound is good. The only minor quibbles - the flexible neck seems to have a limited range of adjustment so I rotate the 12V end to get the controls where I want them and I realise that having the track-name on the display would be handy too, but then the device would need to be somewhat larger. All-in-all, it works well and is a bargain at the price compared to installing a new head-unit or having a bluetooth kit installed more permanently in the car interior.

It's a good little gadget, it does what it says, doesn't last long
For me it's a necessity as it's the only way to connect music to my car, it will do, but as someone who really loves good sound quality, I can't rate this at 5 star. It puts sound through the radio so there is always slight crackle in the sound, and strangely the rear window heater and the wipers create extra static sound when on. I have found that it is good for auto connecting, but the play button doesn't always immediately work, sometimes I need to open my music player on my phone first before the buttons work. But overall I'm happy and it is so going strong after maybe around 6 months since I bought it.Edit: lowered a star because it's now Jan I bought in April so had it for 8ish months.. It has stopped working completely -_-

Audio 5/5 - Build 5/5 - Value - GO BUY IT!!
AWESOME!! So happy with this unit compared to my last basic one line red LED unit.Upon unboxing the unit from its coloured printed sleeve and plain brown box the unit is packed securely. There is some weight to the unit but only to ensure that its not a cheap and tacky product which it is not and feels pretty premium. The plug has a rubber washer on the end to ensure that it does not twist or move around when inserted in the cigarette lighter - nice touch. The unit has an AUX in so you can plug in your phone or MP3 player and on the other side a mini SD card slot (which I have yet to use.) The swan neck is not of the cheap 'I'm gonna spring back into another position,' variety and it quite flexible and soft.I went to the car straight away to give it a blast. The unit comes to life when plugged in (I have permanent power to the plug.) The screen shine blue and greets me with unconnected. The left side buttons control the frequency you want to broadcast on so a few clicks I'm there. Turn BT to on on my phone, it finds BT70, hit connect and VOILA! I'm ready to stream Spotify. Its that simple. The large dial in the middle of the unit can control volume but I just keep it on max and let my stereo do the work. You can skip tracks with the two buttons on the right and if you hold down the bottom button (skip fwd) the unit will turn off even while there is power being supplied . Press and hold the dial and Google Assistant on the phone is called. The two charging USB sockets are easily accessible and the red quick charge port is recognized by my phone and shows 'QUICK CHARGING.'The audio is good, clear bright and plenty of bass. I cant see any reason not to buy if you aint got a BT enabled stereo.

I must be a muppet as it did not work for me
Ok I'm not totally happy about this as I ended up sending it back after having it for two weeks and not being able to make it work I gave up and returned it to Amazon. I wanted it to be a hands free for my Nokia 2.3 and whilst pairing it was simplicity itself getting it to make calls or accept calls was a total failure as far as I can see it will only work whilst the car radio is tuned to it and you are useing the phone for your music source I wish they had better instructions as there was none in mine but I sourced some on line. I have now sourced a hands free kit which just does that and it works fine. I can't score anything above a one star as for me it was a total loss it may be a brilliant product but being unable to set it up at all me for me its a bust

Such a useful addition to an old vehicle
Having just bought an old Landrover with no bluetooth I needed to charge my phone and enable handsfree calling. This gadget is just the job. It fits into the cigarette lighter, providing 2 charging outlets - 1 standard and 1 fast charging. Tuning it into the stereo is so simple - find an FM frequency with no radio station on it using your stereo, then set the bluetooth gadget to the same frequency. Finally pair up your phone with the gadget, which is really easy. This allows you to stream directly from your phone to the stereo (eg from Spotify, Tidal, or Apple Music), to play stored music from the phone, and to make and receive handsfree calls. Plus Google Maps or Waze plays out of the stereo too. The only caveat I'd offer is if your cigarette lighter is close to the gear stick it can be slightly awkward to position the flexible neck and lcd screen of the gadget so that it's out of the way. I've managed to do so but it's not perfect. Small price to pay in my view.

Great Buy
I bought this for my teenage son to use in his first car. He had it set up in minutes and loves the convenience of listening to his own music hands free via his phone. Excellent value.

Presque parfait
