EDIT (2/28/2023):When I reported the defective manual, this seller secured a .pdf copy of the manual from the manufacturer ... when the .pdf was too large for me to open, this seller bought a new manual, verified the page count was correct, and express mailed it to me.As this was only about a $100 purchase, the seller obviously spent more money than the purchase price to make a customer happy ... and they did ... this is an honest company that takes customer service seriously. I recommend them highly and without reservation.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The bricks look high quality and a fun build BUT ... the instruction manual is missing 68 build steps.There doesn't seem to be a URL or downloadable .pdf of the manual available so I can't finish it until I find a complete manual.I reached out to the merchant more than 24 hours ago so waiting for a reply.

This was my largest set and was quite fun. I did I end up missing 2 pieces, but was able to replace them with pieces I already had. I built it on the floor, and my back and knees were not happy about that, so I’d recommend building it at a table. The parts are at the same quality as LEGOs just make sure you pay close attention to the instructions in the booklet as sometimes I would forget a part and have to backtrack a couple steps. It was packed nicely and I would definitely buy another set from Mould King.

This was a fun build despite some of the connection issues worth it

My son got this set for christmas and it is definitely an impressive build. Brick quality is great, maybe 90% to lego. The aesthetics imo put anything lego brand to shame but be forewarned there's a really good chance your box won't have all the pieces, for instance ours was missing a substantial portion of bag 4 (ship rear) as well as ALL the cloth sails. I wouldn't have given this 4 stars EXCEPT that after calling amazon customer support they offered to ship me out a second set to pull out what was missing from the first and then send the second set back once the build is complete which is the most conscientious and convenient resolution I could've hoped for having gotten 1/2way completed already before we realized the issue. The second set should be here in Tuesday and perhaps I'll update the photos when it's done, in the meantime I cut some sails from a roll of paper towels lol

I've always been drawn towards model sailing ships. However, cutting wood, tying up the sails, etc has always intimidated me. So, I thought a brick build set would be the next best thing. This set did not disappoint. From having to cut the string for the rigging to the right size, set the rigging for the sails, place the functioning cannons (they shoot cylinder bricks!), and so much more. I loved every minute of this build.This is the largest building block set I have ever put together (in size and piece count) From start to finish, it's an enjoyable building experience. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. I have built dozens of Lego sets and this was equal in terms of clarity. There were a few places where you had to cut things (the string for the rigging, for example), which I felt positively added to the building process.If you are looking for a large set, with clear instructions and an enjoyable building process, this is the set for you!

Quality is great, not missing a single piece, instructions on par with LegoOverall way above expectations will buy more from Mould King

Spent over 10 hours making this and, at the very end (the masts), over 10 parts were missing. I am 52 and an engineer and was meticulous in building it. DO NOT BUY.

This is a very nice looking set BUT IT WAS MISSING A WHOLE BAG OF PIECES! Amazon has sent a replacement hopefully it has all the parts this time.
