OnePlusNord Wired Earphones

Simply, I'm the pickiest and most difficult person to choose a pair of headphones. Having such a trained and educated ears (because of my musician and recording engineer background) you could never find the "right ones" well...It happens that these OnePlus are checking all the marks, but the most important is the SOUND QUALITY, and man, these tiny beast sound and plays music AMAZINGLY!!!Don't think it that much, they sound good, are well built, and the price is very good.100% recommended 👍

I like the way these fit in my ears. They are bent in such a way that they are secure and don't fall out but are do not irritate my ears. Good quality. I've had them for about a year and they are still going strong

After doing a lot of reviewing and researching, I ended up buying a OnePlus Nord N30 5G. It's a mid-tier phone...steps above a budget phone but not a flagship. I absolutely love the phone. This was my first experience with a OnePlus product.So I decided to replace my aging JLab wired earbuds that I had been using. There was really nothing wrong with them other than they didn't stay in my ears well. The sound was acceptable and the mic was really good; they used an in-line mic. I shopped around and found these Nord Wired Earphones. They were almost twice the price as the Amazon Basics earphones that looked very similar but given my experience with my new phone, I figured I was getting what I was paying for. At $13.99 they're not a great buy. They're not a bad buy but definitely not great. They'd be much more enticing around $9.99-$10.99. I mostly use my earbuds for Discord calls and voice chats. Sometimes I will use them when watching Youtube videos, Twitch streams, or talking on the phone but mostly for Discord voice calls on my phone and Microsoft Surface Pro 5.Let me start with the sound. These earbuds sound really good. The highs are crisp, the mids are not muddy, and the lows are there. They're not gonna rattle your brain but I could notice a significant difference in the low frequencies between my JLabs and the OnePlus Nords. The volume is good as well, not quiet but not ear piercing either; the volume is the perfect volume for earbuds in my opinion. During Discord calls on voice chats on my phone, the other parties to the chat sounded clear and natural. I even found myself turning the volume down on them a few times because I didn't need it cranked all the way up anymore like I always had to with the JLabs. They don't have any specified noise cancelling features but when wearing them, they do a good job of sealing out a significant amount of environment noise.Next, the fit. I love earbud style earphones over a pair of full headphones. My ears get sweating and uncomfortable after even short periods of wear in a full pair of headphones. My biggest problem is getting earbuds that stay in my ear. The darned things always want to fall out so I have been buying over the ear style earbuds so they wouldn't fall out. However the Nord Wired Earphones are the absolute best fitting earbuds that I've ever owned. Since I've been using them, not a single earbud has fallen out of my ear...not even once. Note that they have a unique shaping to them which I feel helps them stay in my ear better. They are not labeled 'Left' or 'Right' however wearing them in one ear and swapping them around, they fit just as well either way. They do come with swappable rubber pieces of different sizes that go into your ear but the ones that came already on the earphones work great for me.At this point, they are sounding like really good earbuds/earphones but I've found that their microphone leaves a little to be desired. On my JLab wired earbuds, I can spot the mic on the in-line remote control on the wiring. This is a great place to put the mic in my opinion. I'm guess that the mic is in one of the earbuds then. In a recent Discord voice chat, other members in the chat mentioned that I sounded different. My voce was coming through clear but I was told I sounded a little distant.Overall, these are really good headphones but with a subpar mic. I was really hoping these had the mic in the online remote buttons on the wiring but they don.

Great value for money. I've spent way more for earbuds that sound worse.

It sound very low in the one plus phone. i was not satisfied. it works well in my samsung
