The tablets are very easy to swallow and I have been taking them for a few years. I am now in my nineties and I walk about a mile most mornings, weather permitting. I also take a daily fish oil tablet, because I believe they both help to keep me mobile. In the past I have tried other makes, but find that this formula to be the best for me.

This product is the best one I have had. One a day is great so much easier then trying to take 3. Also the shape of the tablet makes it so easy to swallow. I noticed a big difference in the reduction of pain in 2 weeks. There is nothing I dislike about these tablets. Highly recommend them this is my 3rd bottle

This formula is for healty people only ! They ask you to take only 1/day but 1 pill has only 400mg glucosamine 100 chondroithin and 50 MSM ! The right dose for people with bone and muscles problems is at least 1200mg glucosamine , 300 chondroithine and 150 MSM daily ! I took this 1 /day but had no efect on me obviously and my dr told me why ! Becouse the dose is not enough ! You shoud take 3 /day but the advise you to take only 1. I was looking for a product that doesnt ask me to take 3 or 4 pills per day but only one strong enough and i wrong with this one !

I ordered these tablets in preparation for recovery from aan impending Knee operation. The surgery was only just over a week ago so I have I have only been taking the tablets for a very short time. As these take some time to start to have a positive effect and wouldnt expect to be able to report on any benefit at the moment. So really this feedback has been requested too early. So far so good is all I can say at the moment. I'll need to update the review in a few months time to report on any benefits!

I had to do an update on these tablets and I can honestly say they work. My job is sedentary so I spend a lot of time sitting. After taking these for four months, my joints are quite supple, no stiffness. You know sometimes when you wake up first thing and you get out of bed, (I use to crawl out of bed onto the floor and work my way up from there) and now no back ache. I also attend a gym a few times a week which I think has also helped. We all suffer from joint stiffness from time to time but as especially as we get older this one definitely ticks all the boxes. Will definitely be ordering again.

I was just browsing the one star reviews and the biggest complaint by far is that you are short changed. I’ve just read in the 1 star reviews that there are fewer than the 120 tablets in the container. So I’ve just counted mine out and sure enough I’m 10 tablets short of 120, taking into account the days I’ve been taking them since delivery. I am hoping that the company nutritech will fix this as I am unable to contact them any other way!

I can't say for sure if this product is responsible but after taking it for a few weeks the severe pain I've had in my right hip and leg for 2.5 years has very much eased to hardly any pain at all. I can now walk and exercise again. I'd recommend giving it a try if you have joint or muscle pain.

I sometimes suffer aches and pains in joints and muscles. Since taking this product I have had no pains at all. I also like the fact that I only have to take one tablet a day. Very pleased.
