Bought this for wintertime evening dog walks when the sun sets early. It's been great! The light is quite bright and there are 2 or 3 different settings for the standard light. It also has a flashing light, flashing colored light, and regular red light, making it pretty versatile. It charges quickly and the battery lasts over a moth with daily use. I noticed the light getting a little dimmer when it needed to charge but it hasn't died on me yet. The clip is solid but can slide out of certain materials if you're running with it. Otherwise fairly straightforward, easy to use, and a great little light to have.

The small, mighty and lightweight light has been a great help to me as I run in these dark mornings of fall and winter. In its brightest mode it offers great illumination of the road and cars see me from a great distance off. In the case of using it for flashing modes, the cars are better alerted to my presence and is an added security and safety for runs. I use it in flashing mode when run under more street lighting of my routes and can easily switch back while running to full illumination (one handed and without stopping or fumbling for the changes) when that is needed in any portion of the course. These lights are very bright and make me feel way safer when I’m running at night. I clip one on my front and one on my back and can be seen from quite a distance. The lights recharge pretty quickly and come with their own charging cable. My only wish is that the flashing lights were a different combination of colors; red and blue gives off police lights. This isn’t a complaint, but rather a nice-to-have. I eventually had an issue with one of them within the 1-year warranty window (wouldn’t hold a charge), so I reached out to customer support and they shipped me a new one. Considering the replacement came from overseas, a 7-day turnaround time is incredibly impressive. The customer support was understanding, helpful, and addressed the issue at hand. Thanks!

​​I purchased the Faxins 2-pack specifically because I needed reliable, lightweight visibility for evening and morning runs on busy main roads. For the price and convenience, these lights deliver excellent performance, especially when using the flashing modes. ​Visibility in High Traffic (The Good): The lights are surprisingly bright for their small size, rated at 450 lumens on high mode. When using the flashing Red and Blue Light mode, they are highly effective at cutting through city and car headlights, making me noticeable from a significant distance. I clip one on the front of my shirt and one on the back of my waistband to ensure I'm covered from both directions. The versatility of the clip means I can easily switch them to a hat brim for a floodlight effect on the path ahead. ​The "High-Traffic" Catch (The Caution): Because these are small clip-on lights, they only provide visibility in the direction they are facing. They are not a 360-degree solution like a vest, so using both lights (one forward, one backward) is mandatory for high-traffic safety. Additionally, the clip, while strong, can sometimes shift if clipped onto thin or loose fabric, so make sure to secure it firmly on a waistband or the edge of a collar. ​Battery & Charging: The rechargeable 300mAh battery is a major plus. The 24-hour run time on the flashing Red/Blue mode is fantastic, meaning I only charge them once every 10-12 runs. The 2.5-hour life on High Flood Light is fine for path illumination, but for safety, the flashing mode is the true workhorse.

Great little running light. Clips easily and is actually nice and bright. The battery lasts pretty long too! I’m normally out and about in the morning for about 45 minutes to 1 hour almost every day using the light and I just had to charge it, maybe two or three weeks later.

Bright and perfect for dark days in the PNW! I've used it for backpacking and running and it works well. It's definitely waterproof and its small design makes it perfect to carry with you.

This little clip on light is so handy and easy to take anywhere. Charging is easy and each charge lasts a long time. The light output is fantastic for walks even in dark places. If you can get one that works, these are really nice lights. I work night shift in EMS and am often walking or treating patients in dark areas and these are perfect to clip onto my uniform and turn on. I like that I can adjust the light to be very bright if I'm navigating a dark area with my gear, but also turn the brightness down if I'm treating a patient, so I'm not blinding them. I had initially ordered one and it worked well, and I thought it would be nice to have more for when I run at night because my other lights are old and dying, and I didn't want to have to pull this one out of of my work bag and risk forgetting to put it back in. I ordered a 2 pack the second time so I could clip one to my front and one to my back to be visible, but only one of the lights in the 2 pack worked. One of them won't turn on or charge. Amazon wants me to return them both and it's not worth driving to the UPS store to return them both for an exchange, but I'm annoyed and I'll look for a different light next time. I also don't know how long they'll last, I've had the first one since August and so far no problems.

Diese besonderen kleinen Taschenlampen mit Clip kommen in einer sehr kleinen spartanischen Verpackung zum Interessenten. Beim Auspacken fällt gleich auf, dass der Inhalt in seinem Umfang für den Alltag designt wurde. Die Clip Lichter sind sehr leicht und lassen sich einfach an Jacke oder Hose anheften. Die vielen verschiedenen Modifikationen lassen sich über einen Knopf durchschalten. Man muss beim Aktivieren und Deaktivieren immer alle Modifikationen durchklicken. Das ist manchmal etwas unpraktisch aber dafür muss man keine Tasten suchen. Das Aufladen gelingt komfortabel und unkompliziert. Das Licht selbst ist perfekt für den Alltag auf der Straße und beim Wandern. Das Licht ist hell genug um sicher unterwegs zu sein. Besonders auch für Kinder an der Schultasche geeignet oder beim Fahrrad fahren an den Textilien. Ich benutze die äußerst gerne beim Laufen, also Sport machen im Winter und wenn ich Abends von Arbeit komme und als letztes die Praxis verlasse. Dann ist es oft sehr dunkel und dann habe ich immer die perfekte Ausleuchtung vor meinen Füßen und Händen beim Schlüsselloch finden. Ebenso benutze ich das Clip Licht gerne im Keller wenn ich umräumen muss. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Definitely recommend the two pack, as only one ever recharged. The second one worked well on arrival, but less than 12 month later a full night on charge only gives about 6 minutes of run time. Overall, probably used for less than 15 hours. Really poor quality in fact, hence changing my review On the upside, the plastic clips works well and the light stays on the dog harness.

I now own four of these clip-on flashlights, and I can’t recommend them enough! I’ve used them multiple times a week for over a year, including during winter runs in pouring rain, and they’ve never let me down. They are so compact yet incredibly bright, and much more comfortable than a headlamp – I honestly forget I’m wearing them! I use two at a time: one on the front as a solid light to illuminate the ground and one on my back with a flashing red light to stay visible to traffic behind me. They’re perfect for night safety, and despite harsh weather conditions, they’ve performed flawlessly every time. The battery life is excellent – I’ve used them for up to 3 hours straight without any issues, and they only take about an hour to recharge fully via USB-C. The only small downside is that they don’t charge with a PD USB-C to C cable, so you’ll need to use a USB-A to USB-C cable, but that’s my only major complaint. Overall, these lights are a total game-changer. Comfortable, bright, waterproof, and reliable – you can’t go wrong with them!
