Still buying after 5 years :o)
I see from amazon that I first bought comply tips in Nov 2008; if you have (high quality) in-ear phones and aren't going to splash out for bespoke/molded models then I think that these are the best you can get. I've owned UE 5pro, 5pro xB (my favourites which I've lost) and am currently on tri-fi 10s. Here's my original review from 2008 when I gave 4 starts, I've up it to 5*'s because it's now a no-brainer for to re-order when I use up the last pair. :o) ******************** ******************** I've found that these perform significantly better than the UE foam tips in terms of (in no particular order); 1) ease of deployment 2) speed of completing a seal in the ear 3) noise isolation 4) comfort 5) durability 6) ability to stay in the ear when exercising hard or chewing gum Plus these do not appear to have been deliberately designed to fall apart after a few uses like the UE ones so, although expensive, they do not leave that sour feeling of being ripped off. I've got a pair of Super fi 5's for the gym and Triple fi 10's for when out and about. I had previously found the 5's a better fit but that's changed now; C Burham (see other review) suggests trimming them which I may try but I find that simply squashing them length ways as well as laterally makes for a good fit. Why not the full 5 stars?... after about 45 mins of hard aerobic exercise the right ear tends to work itself out and since it's then hot and sweaty will then continually slip out for the rest of the session but that's it - buy some; you know you want to :o)

There is no substitute for these.
These are great for fit (both on the earbud and in the ear), comfort and isolation. Even with my metal casing JVC's, which have a very wide ear canal opening (6mm). The best thing I can think of to tell you about them is: do not assume that a cheap copy or any no-name version will be capable of doing the same job as these. Cheapos don't have a plastic tube core to snugly fit and stay on your earbuds and when you compress and roll them to insert in your ears the 'memory foam' doesn't give you enough time to actually insert them into your ears, like these Comply ones do. Rubbishy, no-name manufacturers, of anything, only care about making facsimiles of an item, which only look like what you think that you are getting for long enough to get your money from you on the day that you purchase it and they don't actually care if the item continues to work for long, or even 'at all', after that. As I get older I am learning this to be the case with a lot of things being sold today (watches, tools, shoes, toilet seats; you name it) and I have learned to appreciate good quality and the truth in the old adage that 'you get what you pay for'. That's why I buy things by companies like Seiko, Leatherman, Ecco, Kohler, etc and why, when you want memory foam tips for your earbuds, you should always get them from Comply.

Worth it
The amount of markup Comply must make for selling 6 little pieces of foam for £13 is sickening to think about but yet the sound quality you get out of headphones from these is a game changer and worth the money in my opinion. I've been buying these tips for about 7 years now. They do wear out and you will probably need 2 packs of these to last you a year if you're a heavy music listener but it's understandable why these wear out as the material moulds to the shape of your inner ear. I listen to music the entire time when I'm out the house and I'll keep coming back and buying these because the music experience I get from the addition of these is incredible and just not possible with plastic tips. I have tried the whole range of their tips over the years and these ones are by far the most comfortable.

Perfect fit & very comfortable over longer periods of use
I have tried so many different earbud covers, some fit but ache after a while some just fall out, thought I'd give these a go as they are made from the same material used for ear plugs. It's not the noise it's the frequency that is an issue. These cut out all other frequencies with the exception of what I am listening to and when not they are great at noise cancelling. 100% genuine feedback 👌

Disappointing
I needed to replace the foam tips on my Ultimate Ears phones; these are capable of sounding wonderful but are a bit fussy about fit and placement in the ear. I was hoping these replacement tips would be as good as the ones provided with the phones but they don't quite do the job. They are made of the sort of foam that if compressed, takes ages to expand to full shape; the idea is that they then fit snugly but these are so slow that you're never sure when they've finished expanding or if you need to move the position of the phones. So, my search for replacement tips that give great musical performance goes on.... Update 8th Feb 2013: They get better with use, the foam is now softer and faster to reshape itself and consequently the music is sounding much better.

Great for small ears - Jaybird Bluebird X actually fit now!
Read the review on here by the engineer with the drawer of headphones and thought I'd give these a shot - but at £15 for some tips I was very hesitant. I purchased a paid of jaybird bluebird X (first generation) last week and they wouldn't fit into my ears! I do have very small ears and even the small tips wouldn't fit inside my ear. This added to my concern as if the tips didn't fit either that would be another £15 down the drain! Happy to say that these do fit, and the sound quality has gone through the roof, quite incredible. The isolation effect is quite odd to begin with as they block out almost all sound, exactly like wearing ear plugs. These are also very comfortable to wear, I'm so relieved as I thought it was money wasted on the earphones. Also agree with the reviews saying that these should as standard, they are phenomenal. I won't be able to use anything else now... I went for the small pack and it contained three pairs. Whilst I do think these are overpriced for what they are (even taking into account the design, engineering and development of the product) it's money well spent. Enjoy.

Whoa!
I had originally bought a cheap set of memory foam ear tips assuming there can’t be that much different. On recommendation. From a band mate I bought these and WHOA not only are they a million times more comfortable but they made the sound so much fully and the isolation is genuinely as good as proper ear plugs. Safe to say these have made me a very happy vocalist I fully recommend them

Annoyed that I paid £18
Almost impossible to fit. Don’t often stay “in ear”. Isolation - No. Then disintegrate. Annoyed that I paid £18.70 for these. Have just taken delivery of Geekria® 3 Pairs Replacement Silicone Eartips Earbuds For JayBird BlueBuds X, X2 Bluetooth Sport Headphones (Size M) - fit beautifully and remind me how good the sound is on my Jaybird Bluebud X phones.
