Making ramen soup at home easy
Noodles texture is close to what you have in ramen restaurants. Soup base tastes good but on the salty side.

Good soup but noodles are bland
This ramen is fine but I don't like it as much as the typical "fried" noodle type. It has a more healthy, fresh taste compared to fried ramens.-The soup flavor is chicken-soupy and neutral which complements pretty much any extras you add. It's easy to add an egg to make an egg-drop soup. I thought the soup strength and flavor to be good overall.-The noodles are bland in flavor despite cooking in the soup. They are a soft, "fresh" noodle so they have a nice chewy texture if that's what you want but I prefer the fried noodle ramen for both the texture and the flavor.

Good Ramen
Good fresh made style ramen. The broth isn't great, but the noodles are top notch.

Following the directions makes mushy noodles.
To have the noodles not mushy, use a bigger pot with more water at a rolling boil. Make broth separately. The water cools down too much if you add the noodles to only 2 c boiling water, fresh noodles with lukewarm water = mushy noodles. The ramen was just meh.

Very Questionable
I've had different ramen, but this kind is the first to make me fart so much I could probably launch myself into orbit. I stopped eating when I lifted some noodles up only to see an oily-like pigment between two noodles. Sort of like blowing a bubble when you were a kid from one of those 'bubble wands' or whatever they were.Just my two cents, wouldn't recommend it.

Delicioso
Nissin is awesome , however this brand is much more authentic, I've been to Japan and I have to say this is pretty close if youre craving for real ramen, just add few things like meat, egg, whatever fancies you, you' ll be delighted with these flavors.Itadakimasu!
