I have been taking these vitamins religiously for a couple of years now. I like the quality of the vitamins provided, and I feel like I function better after taking them consistently. The taste and smell are not the best but I am not expecting it to be like candy. The only issue I have found is that I will get extremely nauseous if I take these on an empty stomach. I recommend eating before taking these vitamins!

Will forever use Garden of Life products, especially their prenatal. All good things!!! I love this stuff!!! Horse pills to swallow which smell a bit weird, but taste alright I guess. Color is a tan-ish color and easy to swallow.
