Archoil AR6400-P Max Petrol Additive

Car was rough idling and not brilliantly economical. Used this in a full tank and drove a couple of long journeys, motorway miles, and after about two weeks all was fixed. I’ve also continued using the the sibling product on each tank, for about two months now, and economy/mpg is substantially better - 10-15% approx. Will use this again at 10k miles and see what happens, though I’m already chuffed with results. Engine seems a bit quieter, too, and ticks over like new.

Changed spark plugs last year on a 2006 Volvo C70 2.5 T5 that had been neglected needing various sensors replacing etc. Long story short, took pictures of each of the piston heads in 2023 (July). I've since put x2 bottles of this product in and changed the plugs again today. While there are still carbon deposits present (come on, it's had 18 years of use lol) Cylinder 5 (pictured) has had a lot of the deposits removed. The same is true for the other 4 cylinders. I honestly never knew if these products actually worked well, but after testing myself, I can say that they are working. I'll probably put another 2 bottles in before this time next year and check again (and upload if I remember!).

Great product which does exactly what it says. All their products are great so far.

My Mini Cooper R56, has a random miss fire on cylinder 4 sometimes on 3 too only when I’d done about 15 miles plus. Bought this after replacing spark plugs, messing around swapping coil packs etc. Thought for the money was cheaper than a garage. After about 1/2 a tank the car was definitely quieter on tick over, and the misfire appears to have vanished too. 3 tank refills later cars still running well, slight increase in mpg 30 or so miles on a tank of fuel, acceleration has also improved. The mini has less than 40l fuel tank so only needed to use 1/2 the bottle. Only downside is the bottle is black no light penetrates at all so hard to measure 1/2 a bottle.

Very happy with this product. Orange warning light came on the dashboard. I was advised to try a fuel system cleaner. Saw the good reviews for this product. It took a couple of hundred miles, but it worked. Saved an expensive trip to the garage.

Put into 30ltrs high grade fuel a couple of weeks ago. Car is a weekend pleasure so still have slightly less than half a tank to go. Seeing subtle results with throttle response & exhaust note. Moving in the right direction & happy with the results so far.

Not sure this does anything to be honest. As for “got me through the MOT” well you’d have to cancel the code whether it worked or not so that doesn’t mean anything really
