Vitax Buxus Feed, Suitable For Hedges & Containers, Extended Nitrogen Release, Promotes Healthy Growth: 1Kg Pouch

Appears to work well.

A couple of years ago I planted a row of Buxus, prior to using this feed they barely grew at all and seemed to be struggling, now those plants are looking healthy and well nourished. I have just planted another row of Buxus and incorporated this feed in with the soil so I am hoping for great things.

Feed is great for my topiary which has grown well

Good for the bushes

Applied this to my Box hedge, I can’t say I saw any real difference if I’m honest

Always got to feed those bushes.

The pack did arrive with a hole in the side but some tape sorted that out. My box hedge was hit by the dreaded box moth caterpillars last year and although they were treated and survived, they look in need of a boost.We have raked the ground underneath and applied the granules - easy enough. All we can do is wait and see if the new leaves green up a bit.The only downside is that it recommends "a bit of a dry spell " for application.Good value and easy to use.

This was purchased for my father who had been unable to purchase any at several local outlets.The packaging was easy to access and instructions were easy to follow.My father reported the decorative bushes had perked up significantly within a fortnight and he would happily recommend this product to other gardeners
