This chair was relatively easy to put together, although it will definitely help to have someone to help you. It does feel decent quality and it looks smart. I don’t find it the most comfortable chair even when I adjust it. This might be because I am petite. I do need to use cushions with it.

In another review it is stated that you can not recline and can only adjust the seat height. This is not true, the lever you pull up to adjust the seat height, also pulls outwards, which allows the chair to recline. It was also stated that they had a hard time putting the wheels on. I would say they did indeed have to be pushed a little harder to pop in than other chairs I have assembled, but it was not a problem for me.I have a couple of chairs, from a £1200 Herman Miller to a £70 cheap gaming chair.My husband really likes this chair and says for him, it is surprisingly closer in comfort to the Herman Miller than he expected. For me, I found it ok, but too large. My problem is that the back lumbar support is just too far away, if I slide back enough for the lumbar support to reach me nicely, then my legs do not hang over the chair edge comfortably, as the seat is just that little bit too long. For my husband who has long legs this is not a problem, but he does agree the lumbar support should be a bit more forward and would have liked it a little closer himself. We did double check that it was attached properly and could not be brought more forwards.The chair was easy enough to put together, with no awkward screws to get in, they all matched up to the holes nicely and easily. The seat is comfortable and has enough padding to not feel the board part underneath, My husband is 15 stone and agrees. The arms are height adjustable and comfortable too.Overall, I found the chair good and my husband found it very good. Would recommend it.

The seller was great when we had a problem with the back rest and sorted out the problem swiftly. Sadly my son finds it uncomfortable to sit in for long. The padding on the seat is very firm and doesn't have much give, so becomes uncomfortable quite quickly

Chair seems to push you forward even with the back rest reclined. The seat seems to lean forward. Very solid and not really comfortable. Son puts a pillow on it which helps. Don’t use either cushion as they don’t help.

Seemed well made and solid, and was comfy to sit in, but once I tried out all the features, the chair became stuck in the fully laid back position, and even encouragement with a mallet could not convince it to spring back upright. Contacted the seller through their website as instructed in the item details, and received no communication back from them at all. The QR code for further help on the website was not the correct link and the videos did not include the model I bought. I had no intention of spending any more time trying to fix a brand new chair so it is being returned (after 3 false starts, 1 Evri, 1 Amazon/Evri and one Amazon) hopefully via Hermes.

Chair arrived carefully packed and on time.Everything is great about this chair.Firstly the chair is very comfortable, the lumbar support is excellent especially for those whose suffer from lower back problems. It’s comfortable to sit, the cushion’s quality is great, it’s firm and yet comfortable and I spend many hours sitting in this chair.The armrests are adjustable and provide a good shoulder and upper body comfort. It is also made of a soft material that feels very nice to the touch.Backrest and headrest work great and the angle of the backrest can be adjusted and locked.The chair feels sturdy enough, it’s well made and the mesh seems durable.Overall it’s a great chair at this price point and I would recommend to anyone.
