After reading the reviews of the 'Lego lunch box' being too small , their right about that, i got the tape measure out and looked at all the different sizes , this is just right and twice as deep as my old one i.e. i can get an apple in this and close the lid .As an idea of the size if you take two flat pieces of bread to make your sandwiches , i know i do, you can place that in upright , as the depth of the box is bread sized.It looks super cool when you get your lunch out and you put this on the table and you slide the top off . Also you can stack them because of the round center lug just like a real brick in the bottom , i find this useful when i carry it on its side and balance a book or ipad on the side part, you can put you thumb in the hole and put your fingers underneath and carry it all in one hand.

My son is lego mad and has 6 if these, all differnt sizes and colours. There very sturdy and are easy for little hands to carry.

Bought as a gift. Recipient (ten year old, Lego mad boy) was very happy with this as we filled it with stationery items. Great value, brilliant quality, nicely presented. A real hit!

These are really good quality, useful, nice looking storage blocks. Just make sure that you put the tiny pieces into the 1-plug boxes as they're the only ones without annoying grooves in the bottom where lego gets stuck!

Perfect for a medium box of Lego to fit in with instructions. My son loves it.

It's lego, everyone is happy, this smaller one in comparison does seem more expensive than the larger ones but nice to stack and have a multi function side table out of these.
