Expensive but great results
I got this to make ‘Dishoom house black daal’ (recipe on line) and the results are incredible. Doesn’t look much on the picture but what daal dish does? Believe me this recipe with these beans is unreal.

Short use by date
Only 6 months date to use on the package. The previous one I had, had 2 years on it. So this must be old stock. There’s no way I will get through it in 6 months. Previous one I had was delicious.
