Hi Craig, you will get between 3-5 square meters coverage depending upon how thick you paint it on. At a guess your average 2 sided roof shed I would say approx 2 tins.

can you use this on plastic pipes

I have never tried but I’m sure that if you rubbed the piping down with a medium wet & dry or sandpaper the blackjack would adhere well. But it might be less trouble to replace the pipe.
