No idea why it has a European plug on it! Although I knew this before I ordered as I had read the other reviews. This grill is my second, but the first one I bought had the normal British plug, granted I bought my first one from a different place to this one. But as we already had adaptors it was no problem, but it does seem strange why it comes like this. As I have already stated this is my second grill, I like it and use it for my B&B, also it comes in handy when I make pancakes and also the larger American pancakes as it takes at least 5 of those rather than using a fry pan.

I love these . I have 2 . Heat quickly and evenly, maintain temperature. Totally non stick even after 8 months of constant use . I make welshcakes / dropscones for a living and these have been a godsend.

Bought for my 86 year old mother, who could no longer lift a heavy iron bakestone onto her cooker to make Welsh cakes (a delicious type of drop scone). She is delighted with this product and is now well and truly back in the baking business, which is marvellous.

Really pleased with the grill as it was bought for our business and did not disappoint when we tried it out.Just one point which does not get the 5 out of 5 is the plug was a continental fitting and we had to go out and find an adapter which was little more than 5er, just took the edge off.

It says it is 2000W, but the max temp is 205. It took ages to cook thin slices of bacon and pancakes. I can’t imagine this to work with cooking any meats or fish.

Was hoping it would be non-stick, but you have to use oil each time you use it. Otherwise, its a nice size and works well so far.

Terrific. Great size for a table of 6 people. plenty of room on which to cook. Simple to clean, it is dishwasher safe but you'd need and industrial size dishwasher to fit this model in.Highly recommended.

Es una plancha muy fácil de limpiar, el antihaderente es de muy buena calidad y lo mejor es que dentro de las que hay en el mercado es una de las que tiene la superficie de la plancha más grande y bien aprovechada, calienta perfectamente casi en cada punto porque la resistencia se extiende perfectamente a diferencia de algunas en las que pierdes temperatura en los extremos porque la resistencia no llega o el material de la plancha no conduce correctamente el calor.

plancha très facile à utiliser,vite installée, chauffe très rapidement,facile à nettoyer (glacons sur plancha chaude)nous l'avons testée pour faire des grillades pour 6 personnes : impeccable.Résultat : Nous possédons une plancha sur un chariot, beaucoup plus imposante. Depuis que nous avons acheté la plancha palson, nous n'utilisons que rarement l'autre qui était au gaz. Nous ne la sortons que lorsque nous sommes 10 voir 15 personnes. En résumé, très bon achat, que je rééditerais si c'était à refaire. Totalement satisfaite

Chauffe bien,avec une régulation un peu moins gênante que sur les plaques électriques que j'ai eues précédemment et dont je me suis débarrassée pour cette raison.Nettoyage très facile..
