Works well, easy to install
Had to replace an older, beat up vent that was on the exterior wall in my backyard. Easy enough to line it up and drill the require mounting holes into the mortar. This one looks nice and does its job well.

Poor build quality
I ordered from this company based on reviews. I am so disappointed. The first cap I got had gaps where it shouldn’t. I initiated a return and ordered another one thinking it was just a fluke. The second one arrived today and it’s worse than the first one. Not assemled properly. Pipe not seated flush. Needless to say, this one will be returned as well and I won’t be ordering from this company again.
