Helpful for drying breastmilk, night sweats, and regular sweating isn’t near as much!!
Sage is super helpful when breastfeeding moms are ready to help dry up your milk, this and parsley capsules as well. I became an over producer with milk so it took longer for mine to dry up enough so that that I wouldn’t get mastitis again from not emptying the milk. I discovered an unexpected benefit of sage as well, it helps with night sweats as well! I also sweat more than most women when I workout and I have noticed even during the summer heat (even when I’m not working out) that I am not sweating like I used to!! These caps are easy to swallow, effective, and a great value for your money! They don’t taste like anything or repeat on you, they don’t smell really at all, and are easy to use.

Gave me a ton of anxiety
Gave me a ton of anxiety right away. Apparently, there's an ingredient in sage supplements (thujone) that affects some people negatively. I'm one of those people, unfortunately, so be careful.

Sweating relief
I have recommend this to everyone I know! I used to sweat allll the time after having my son. I actually don’t feel like I’m sitting in a sauna in 30° temps anymore. I swear by this stuff!
