If you are thinking about getting the Phillips sonicare diamond toothbrush at at least 5 times the price of this one, do t bother. I owned a vastly over-priced Phillips one for 2 years and needed to change it twice due to various faults -luckily John Lewis always exchanged it for me. But the third time it developed a fault ( going on when off and off when on, losing vibration power, etc, ) I decided to see if there were other “sonic” toothbrushes on the market, rather than the Oral-B rotary type. This (and others I’ve seen on Amazon) are direct copies and are far cheaper and come with spare heads, 2 cases, and usb chargers. The best thing is the batteries last for aaaaagessss, weeks and weeks . They tingle your mouth and feel very efficient. Don’t give your money unnecessarily to the big guys, especially when they can’t produce anything reliable, just st go for this it’s fine. You don’t need a posh glass charger which will splinter within days on your floor, or 10 settings as you’ll find a favourite setting and always use that.The quadrant timing is really helpful too.

Took a punt on purchasing this after having no reviews and extremely pleased with the product.Bought to replace a broken Oral B 4000 after the battery had completely discharged beyond revival.The cost of the replacement battery and soldering gun were more than this alone!Anyway...The toothbrush is a gorgeous black with 3 settings (clean, white & sensitive) which all vibrate at different speeds.In the box you get 4 brush heads (one sensitive), the toothbrush, a hard carry case (superior to Oral B), a charger and a soft case (for storing more than 2 heads & the charger... Great for those family holidays).All the equipment seems to be well made and a nice touch is that all the heads also have a hard plastic protector (I assume to stop geckos from licking them when you're on holiday!)Unfortunately there is no clear way to differentiate the brush heads between people.Now how does it work?Absolutely amazingly clean teeth are the result of this!Having used electric toothbrushes for years, not one previous has almost vibrated my lips off and provided noticeably whiter teeth after one clean.I was that impressed I had to show the Doris immediately... She was impressed and had a go straight away.Now I don't have the pearliest of pegs being a smoker, semi-pro red wine drinker and curry lover but the notice was clear.Having started with the sensitive head, to acclimatise as per the instructions, I progressed to the normal head after a week of use. That was certainly more gradual to get used to the toothbrush. 10 days in and I have no concerns with it.Now it is the closest I have found to a dentist clean & polish. 2 weeks after purchase I still find myself running my tongue over my teeth. I'm impressed.The toothbrush pauses every 30 seconds and stops automatically after the 2 minutes. If you want a longer clean then just press the power again and it goes.I use the clean & white settings and I think it's phenomenal.Cheaper than the cheapest Oral B replacement I thought I'd give it a go and I'm very happy with my purchase.I've rated it 4 stars as have only had it for 2 weeks and I'm unsure of longevity... But the unit seems like it will last. I also haven't charged it once in this time... In fact I better go and test the charger to see if it works!I'm also unsure if you can buy replacement heads at this time?Also the fact that there is no easily discernable way of differentiating between heads may cause a problem for a family.There is also no way of easily storing the heads either for a family unlike the Oral B device. The plastic head covers though so come in handy for this. If you want these accessories though then you'll be looking at a different brand and a larger budget.I bought this as I work away a lot and its ideal for a single person or couple. Can easily be used by a family but may be too powerful for the youngsters.Take a punt on this brush as it's great value for money.

This is a really great product, looks really nice; with a very well presented box. Real attention to detail has gone into developing this package. I'm very impressed (that takes a lot with me, I can assure you) Comes with a well made travel case, four hygienically stored brush heads and a usb charging stand. I don't know if modern bathrooms come with a usb charging port; but if you have to charge in a different room you can replace the brush head with a small rubber cap for safety and hygiene.Will add more details about my brushing experience after I've used it a few times. One thing I did notice though, as it vibrates at very high speed it tends to spray the toothpaste around the bathroom and over my clothes. Hopefully this can be overcome with a bit more practice.

This was / is a brilliant toothbrush. Battery lasts forever. Nice and quiet. Cleans teeth nice.But you can't buy the replacement heads any more - I suceceed once a year or so again but need new ones and have looked everywhere and can't find - except maybe one listing where the price for 4 heads was greater than the price for a new toothbrush unit. So once you've used the 4 replacement ones that it comes with you#d need to buy a new toothbrush. Wasteful and not good.

Bought this a few months ago and wanted to use it for while before giving an honest review, I bought this due to having 5 in total after getting some replaced of the Philips diamond sonic toothbrushes and they all broke after about 6-8 months. After researching many on Amazon and sifting throw the fake reviews on some I dicided to go for this sonicool electric toothbrush.It comes neatly boxed and with 4 brush heads that even gave their own little bag, I have only had to charge it once in a month, and the preset brushing speeds are no different to the Philips toothbrush, it feels very sturdy, not as heavy as the Philips but feels solid.Overall I am very happy with it and even more because I only paid £38 compared to the money I threw away on the Philips toothbrushes

This is a decent brush but what good is a decent brush if you can't get replacement black( or white) heads, once I've finished my last head then it becomes totally useless unless another person with this brush has found a similar head that fits then to me it's a no star item.

Not as good as my old toothbrush that went round. I may need time to adjust to this one, but my last one the head moved round and it felt like it was cleaning my teeth. This one just vibrates.
