Q: What cords come with this unit? On other sites, the unit comes with 2 heavy duty cords. Can you confirm what is in the box?

Got this for hubby for Xmas. This is what's in the box: 10 amp. burning system (ss-d10), One cord (standard, works with burner), and heavy duty headpiece with permanently mounted large skew tip. The electronic control is excellent, additional headpiece and tips not expensive. Hope this helps!

Q: Does this pen come with any tips?

Yes, it comes with a large skew pen. You need at least four pens to get great results, a spoon shader,a 1.5mm ballpoint, and a smaller skew. Contact me @ duronsapp@gmail.com.

Q: Just presented this. Pen seems to be defective as the unit buzzes and the pen light turns off when the pen is inserted. What should I do?

Razertip guarantees their pens. Contact them and they will give you instructions on how to return it. The buzz is likely due to the defective pen, the electricity cannot properly flow. If you are using a binder post, make sure posts are clean and screws are tight.

Q: Replacing interchangeable tips, easy as just bending to shape you want?

I have never bent the tip. I have a couple of different tips and replace them to do the job at hand.
