A very special laptop
I'm very pleased overall with this laptop. Even though it lacks a dedicated GPU, it doesn't seem to affect the performance of the laptop: it can even play some games, although I wouldn't advice you to use it as a mainly gaming laptop, but otherwise it's a luxury and exquisite item to use for work and personal use.

It was a scam
It doesn`t work. I live in Argentina, so I received the computer today. It doesn`t start, it didn`t come with all the items, just the computer and charger. It doesn`t work. At some point it asks for a password but it doesn`t start. A total dissapointment.

Awesome Laptop
Easy to set up out of the box, though I did have to ensure all the drivers were up-to-date by going in the MyASUS app. Laptop runs fast and the screen looks beautiful!

Great Laptop
Great laptop, very fast with the i9 processor, graphics on the laptop is great along with the refresh rate. Great for work and other essential things needed to be done on the laptop not much of a gaming laptop however it does fairly decent with some light gaming if your not a heavy gaming user.

It's gorgeous!
The media could not be loaded. It's beautiful, it runs well the keyboard could be back-lit a bit better. It's got 12th generation i9 and thunderbolt port for future proofing

Kept freezing.
This is a beautiful laptop. I was so disappointed when it froze on me, I reset it, 2 weeks later it did the same thing, then AGAIN about a week after that. I ended up returning it for a refund. For around 2 grand I kind of expected extraterrestrial technology, not an electric brick.

Está bonita, es liviana y fina, la batería dura 3 horas, es poco para ser una ultrabook y se está calentando

Returning it
The quality of the product is excellent. It is well made. Unfortunately it got extremely and overly hot. It also became slow and fans went into loud high speed mode. I had my hopes high only to be dashed. Disappointing
