What I love about this brand is that they use the actual part of the mushroom (fruiting bodies), which is the part that contains all of the health benefits (from Beta Glucans). This is hands down the easiest and most delicious way to consume mushroom extracts, which are incredible for immune support. I have not been sick in a VERY long time. I also appreciate the fact that they use a pouch and not a plastic bottle.

I love that they only use fruiting body extracts. You need to take mushroom supplements for a while so you won't notice an immediate change but trust that the mushies are working and helping your body!

I really enjoyed the gummies! The only issue is the price keeps going up so I switched products. If the price goes down I'll switch back

The taste of the "brain boosting" gummies is terrific. The concern I have is that it contains MCT and fatty acid esters which are connected with raising cholesterol. For anyone with cholesterol issues, I would not go near MCT and fatty acids. When I did, my cholesterol went off the roof. Earth & Star does sell an "immune boosting" gummy that contains Lions Mane and zero MCT or fatty acid esters. That one tastes great as well.
