Q: The top of the tshirt press won't come off. Is there another way?

The top of the press has 2 screws that are in keyhole slots. Simply loosen the screws and the top of the press will slide up and out of the keyhole slots. There are 2 holes above the screws to put the screwdriver in to give you clearance for a larger screwdriver. There was an instruction video in the Amazon store where you most likely bought this. Look at the different pictures of the press and the last picture is a video. Hope this all makes sense. It was fairly easy when I did it once I figured it out.
