I bought this to take alongside a high dosage of vitamin D. While I can’t really comment on the quality since I’m not sure how to evaluate that, the bottle contains plenty of tablets for about a year. However, I find it difficult to take out just one small tablet at a time—usually, more than one comes out, and it’s tricky to pick a single tablet without contaminating the others or dropping some on the floor.It would be much better if the bottle or dispenser was designed differently—perhaps with a larger size tablet or a mechanism that makes it easier to take out one tablet at a time without hassle.

I really don't know what to say. How to you review a vitamin supplement? I guess by saying the tub is more than twice the size necessary, I have no idea why they all seem to do that. To make you think you're getting more? But there is a little dehumidifier pack in them which is a nice touch.
