bad customer service
I did not like that it didn’t hold the air and now I have to go out of my way to return it I do not think this is good customer service it wasn’t my fault

Ends already worn out when received
The ends were already worn out when we received the ball. It arrived deflated as expected, however once inflated it looks more football shaped than rugby ball. I purchased it for a toddler so he really can't tell the difference, however we can. There are other balls available out there and will definitely try those rather than reorder this one.

Ball does not hold air no matter what I do. Do not buy.

Love this! Perfect for getting my kid started as a rugger! Smaller than a “kids” ball but great for my toddler/ or an early aged child
