De'Longhi Scultura KBZ3001GY Kettle - Grey

I had already bought this kettle previously 2 years ago. Unfortunately the 'on' button snapped off so i needed to find a matching replacement (my toaster is the same make and design). I loved this kettle so although i had considered replacing both the kettle and toaster i decided to find the kettle to replace the broken one. It is well made, easy to use and looks great!Delonghi products are a bit pricey but unique in their design so worth it for the wow factor when people visit our home

I love this kettle , my husband doesn't , don't ask me why. Really like the design and colour, it is a metal kettle so is heavier that our previous one , the light to indicate that the kettle is on is very discreet and also the level telling you how full the kettle under the handle. I'm sure that the manufacturer could improve on those things. But I am happy and sure my darling will come to like it too as long as it has a long life of trouble free boiling.

A little heavy, buy great build quality. Still in use for nearly 6 years.

We bought this because it looks like a Dalek and no we are not Dr Who fans but just loved the design and the colour goes great with our new kitchen. It is solidly made, shiny and boils pretty quickly although it's not the quietest of kettles

I like the current trend for 'retro/vintage' looking kitchen appliances and this kettle, with its unique design resembling a vintage coffee pot, really appealed. De Longhi is a well-known Italian brand and often the risk with Italian brands is that they favour style over functionality. However, I am pleased to say that this kettle, as well as looking pretty on the kitchen counter, also does its job very well. It boils the water quickly. Well, that's it really. As others have said, it is a little on the heavy side and it's very noisy. I am not too bothered by those issues - the only negative side I can find about this product is that the see-through side where you can see the water level is discreetly tucked under the handle, making it very hard to see how much water you've just poured in. But as I said, Italian brands favour style above all else. It doesn't matter - I like this kettle and I hope it will last for a few years to justify the price.

This product scores a big fat zero from me. It was bought as a replacement of exact sale kettle which died within two years. I purchased same kettle as it matches my toaster and I assumed I was just unlucky.Now 4 months later, the new version is now leaking from kettle and is therefore unusable. I am someone who looks after products, descales regularly etc andcso clearly this company is producing expensive kettles which do not last any decent length of time. We are out at work all day so it gets boiled a maximum of about 3 times per day and yet it has failed after 4 months. The product looks lovely which is what persuaded me to buy it initially but I won’t buy a de longhi product again as the merchandise is expensive and clearly not fit for purpose.I have contacted the manufacturer who has agreed to replace so let’s hope third time lucky!😁

Everything is great quality

Love how it looks. Loud though. I’m guilty of boiling small amounts so sounds like jet engine! My last one broke after 18 months but I’ve replaced it with the same kettle. Tells how much I like it!!

Cette bouilloire est très dangereuse, la mienne a pris feu au niveau de l'interrupteur. ma bouilloire est encore sous garantie et rien ne bouge.Le service après vente ne m'a jamais recontactéN'achetez plus les produits de cette marque ils sont dangereux et sans aucune garantie
