This is the only pre workout I've used in the past year. I think the blue flavour is more effective for some reason, one scoop kicks in like 10 mins after drinking, anything over one scoop makes me struggle to sleep at night. Also, I wouldn't recommend drinking after 6pm because it takes about 4 hours for me to come down after taking it. That's just me tho!

Only taken it once great focus loads of energy for the extra rep and I might as well mention the taste as more people seem more focused on taste than results, I had watermelon and it’s really nice to be fair.

Not too sweet , more of an after taste after swolloing , I like the taste ! I use it for work outs , I was poorly and needed a good boost to do a circuit in my living room, worked a treat thanks 👌🏼

Weakest, worst pre workout I've ever had, should have read more into the ingredients first tbh as it is massively under dosed at 150mg of caffeine in a pre workout is nothing
