I use this to enhance cognitive function. It's a great multivitamin with added cognitive function supplements. These work well and are great quality. I don't like when they list proprietary blends, but if they didn't there wouldn't be enough label space to list everything. This contains many of the same ingredients as other supplements of this type and are a great price compared to others online or in store. I take one capsule twice a day 30 minutes before a meal as directed. Capsules are easy to swallow with no bad taste or odor. Bottle contains 60 capsules and will last one month. The brain aerobics app is interesting, but I probably won't use it much. Lab tested and made in the USA.

My husband has been taking a Nootropic for a several months now. He says he feels an improvement in his focus and concentration. Its a bit subtle but I notice it too. The thing you need to know if you buy this product is that there are several out there with the EXACTLY the same ingredients as this one. The only difference is the price. I gave it 3 stars because you can get a better price if you shop around.Nootropics or brain boosters are becoming very popular. There are many vitamins and herbal supplements that have show some benefit in cognitive functioning. If you do your research you will find that there are four that are extremely important: Phosphatidylserine, DMAE, Bacopa & Huperzine A . This supplement has them all. It also has the basic vitamins and minerals for brain health as well as antioxidants such as green tea extract. If you read up on the main ingredients of this product you will see that studies have shown these ingredients to even improve cognition in people with dementia and Alzheimer's Disease (AD). For example huperzine A was used at 300 to 500 mg per day for AD and 100 mg for dementia. The problem with this and other nootropics which contain the same ingredients is that you do not know the amount of each one that you are taking. The ingredients are listed under the heading of "Proprietary Blend". Proprietary blends only list the combined amount of all the ingredients used in the blend; they don't disclose how much of each ingredient the product contains. If someone has true dementia or AD I would look for products that have the amounts of each ingredient listed and of course get advice from a medical provider.In conclusion, based on my husband's experience I would recommend this to someone who is experiencing age related forgetfulness but I recommend shopping around if you want to get the best price. Please note that this is two tablets per day and should be taken 30 minutes before meals.

Because of some issues that I have, I sometimes suffer from brain fog. It's not a constant thing for me, thankfully, but it does happen from time to time. I do my best to avoid what causes it, but sometimes it is unavoidable.Ever since I began to take these supplements, it seems when I am suffering from brain fog, that it is lessened. Rather than having it last for 3 to 5 days, it seems to have been reduced to 1 to 2 days, which is wonderful.When I am not under the influence of brain fog, I have also noticed my ability to concentrate has improved, as well as my ability to evaluate and interpret things have improved as well. I am getting older, and with age, sometimes, the mind does get a little, lazy? I guess I can say it that way. But, with these supplements, it seems that my brain is acting like I am a bit younger, which is a wonderful thing.I will be honest, I have not tried the accompanying app the company released, as I don't really have the time, with work and family.They are relatively easy to swallow, although not the easiest. The flavor is a "little" off putting, but not as bad as some others that I have had. Nor have I noticed any weird lingering aftertaste, which is a plus.

These brain gain supplements have a long list of ingredients to help support your mind and body function. I really like that it contains almost all of the B vitamins but strangely no B12. Anyway, I do believe they are helping with focus and I’m a little more alert. We’ll see how it goes long term. When comparing the same type of supplements it’s interesting that they all seem to be made with very different ingredients but claim to be for improving and supporting mind/brain function. Hmmmmmm.

At first glance, the Neurobica supplement seems like a decent multivitamin with all the basic doses covered. But then there is the proprietary blend of amino acids and plant extracts....notably controversial grapefruit seed extract.Grapefruit interferes with so many prescriptions medications, pharmacies created a special warning label for it:“Do not take with grapefruit or grapefruit juice.”Grapefruit & its derivatives can reduce the absorption amount of some medications, like antihistamines, by 50% (meaning only half of the med gets absorbed) and with other meds, the half life increases, meaning it takes longer to process out of your system so that when you take your next dose, you then have up to 1.5 times the safe Rx drug level in your blood.Neurobica’s label doesn’t list how much grapefruit seed extract is contained within each capsule. Not worth the risk of a drug interaction, in my opinion.I will save this as a back up multi vitamin for future use. The label says it’s for kids & adults, but I would not give anything to children when proprietary ingredients are included.

I'm not sure why but every time I took one I got a massive headache. There's something in the ingredients that my body doesn't agree with. I didn't notice any change in my focus/energy levels, just a headache.
