Good smoker
Very heavy difficult so lift lid when hot nice design but prefer stainless heats up quickly as to cast which takes a long time to produce smoke

Very sturdy and use for topping up my Char Broil Big Easy for more smoke power , does the job .

Good bit of fun!
Bought this to try something a bit different with my BBQ’s. Works really nicely with some wood chips soaked in water. It does obviously get very hot with it being cast iron but this works really well to get the wood smoking. Got a really nice smoke ring on my brisket, very satisfied!

Beware cast iron is quite fragile. Corners broken returned for refund

Top quality and does what it's meant to do
This works perfectly and does what it says on the can.I used wood chips and it was as though I was sold shredded bark.The wood burnt pretty quick even though after soaking them in water for 20 off minutes.I would recommend slightly larger chunks of wood ans it helps the wood in one place.It's also good quality cast iron build.

Need to use again
Tried it on barbecue. But did not smoke. Seems it needs to be on for quite some time.

Perfect size for my gas barby and with soaked apple wood chips really improves the flavour and smokiness of the meat.

Stabil und gut zum Räuchern geeignet.
Ich verwende die Box auf dem Gasgrill direkt über einem Brenner. Funktioniert mit Räucherchips wunderbar.Bei der Lieferung hatte ich im ersten Versuch Pech und die Box kam mit Abplatzungen an - der Austausch hat tadellos funktioniert. Nun macht mir dir Box viel Freude bei der Zubereitung von Pulled Pork.

Très bien pour un BBQ à charbon . Pas à gaz
Donne vraiment un goût de fumer aux aliments . A oublier pour un BBQ à gaz ou alors le démarrer sur un feu de la cuisinière.

Comodo ed efficace
Affumicatore dal peso considerevole, dato il materiale, ed un po' scomodo visto il coperchio da poggiare semplicemente sulla struttura senza alcun tipo di blocco o cerniera... ma dall'effetto sicuro e, per ora, resistente e capace di affumicare trucioli senza subire alcuna conseguenza o deformazione! Economico, ma affidabile e quindi destinato ad avere un lunghissimo utilizzo nelle mie grigliate. Consigliatissimo!

Pas utile, mettez les copeaux directement dans le charbon à la place !
Je suis assez déçu de la boîte de fumage en fonte. J'ai constaté qu'elle n'apporte pas vraiment de plus-value à mes sessions de barbecue. En fait, je préfère directement mettre les copeaux de fumage dans le charbon, car cela semble produire un meilleur effet et une saveur plus intense. La boîte de fumage ne répond pas à mes attentes, et je pense qu'il y a des alternatives plus efficaces pour obtenir une saveur fumée authentique.
