It contains a range of s and minerals, one third of your daily protein requirements and relevant levels of essential ty s and is made from the best quality whole foods, ground into a powder. The carbohydrate comes principally from apple powder, the protein from quinoa, soya and rice flour, the essential s from ground sesame, sunflower and pumpkin , the fibre from oat bran, rice branand psyllium husks and additional flavour from almond meal, cinnamon and natural vanilla. It is sweetened with xylitol, a naturally occurring sugar molecule which is absorbed slowly and does not contribute to high blood sugar levels.
