Good quality
Good quality pastel paper arrived in great condition. Pastelmat is a great surface for pastels and coloured pencils it can hold multiple layers really nicely and it's nice and thick too so it's not flimsy paper.

Perfect for soft pastel painting
Particularly like the colour which is a perfect background colour for portrait work. Paper holds medium well and enables layering and blending.

Arrived slightly bent but still workable on. I’m enjoying using coloured pencils on this surface and gives a good result.

Not too rigid and good results
Pastels go on nicely and blend well and I actually prefer this now to the thicker card. The last picture I did on thicker pastelmat board was curling and hard to control but this is perfect especially for beginners and cost.

After having tried many papers for pastels, this is by far the best! Allows you to build many layers of pastel or pastel pencils..can also just wash off if go wrong or use tape to pick up the pastel
