My arthritic knees are much improved
When I had a flare up of arthritis on both needs right at the start of lockdown I was really worried, with little option other than pain medication, which upsets my digestion. Spoke to my physiotherapy on the telephone for exercise advice, and he recommended I try green lipped mussel but to make sure it was from marine source. Saw this one which fitted the bill perfectly and had good reviews. It’s got another excellent review from me. I have much better mobility and reduction in pain. I recommend giving them a try. I started as a sceptic with nothing to lose and am now an enthusiastic convert.
