There is a pocket for the ice pack. It comes with two ice packs - which is nice.

Hi, thanks for reaching out. The wrap is machine washable. Cold water with like colors, no bleach. It can be also washed by hand, if needed.

Q: Your add says "one size fits most". What does that mean to me? I have upcoming knee surgery.

Unless you have very large knees, it should work. The velcro allows for different size knees to use this.
